Combined Office Interiors Limited guarantee all ranges of Multi Task Chairs for children are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 9002 and are covered by a fully comprehensive 24 months guarantee from the date goods received by client. This guarantee covers all structural, moving parts and fabric against fare wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from careless or incorrect use, or lack of proper maintenance.

Standard Terms & Conditions...

General

A.	We put forward all quotations and accept all orders subject only to the terms and conditions of sale which follow and to the exclusion of all other guarantees, conditions and warrantees (including any as to quality or fitness for any particular purpose) whether express or implied by statute or common law or otherwise. In the event of the customer's orders containing conditions such conditions are only binding in so far as they are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of Combined Office Interiors Limited.
B.	No addition or variation from such terms and conditions shall have effect unless Combined Office Interiors Limited expressly accepts such variation or addition in writing under the hand of a Director.
C.	The catalogues, price lists and other advertising matter supplied by Combined Office Interiors Limited shall not form part of any contract between us.
D.	Combined Office Interiors Limited reserves the right to modify designs and specifications without prior notification.

Quotations

Orders placed upon a quotation, which has not been previously withdrawn, are subject to confirmation by Combined Office Interiors Limited that we accept the same.

Prices

Combined Office Interiors Limited shall endeavour to maintain prices quoted but we reserve the right to increase quoted prices according to any increase in cost of labour or materials, which take effect between acceptance and delivery of the order or that part of the order remaining, undelivered at the time of such increase.

Terms of payments

Payment shall be made to Combined Office Interiors Limited at the time and in the manner as stated in our quotation or if no such time and manner are stated then within 30 days following the date of our invoice. In all cases the prices quoted by Combined Office Interiors Limited are strictly net. In the event of non-payment within the terms, Combined Office Interiors Limited reserves the right to charge 3% per calendar month on all outstanding accounts.

Delivery

We will use our best endeavours to delivery promptly but we shall be under no liability whatsoever for delay in estimated delivery times or failure to deliver from any cause, nor for any loss or damage arising there from.

Ownership of goods

The title and property of goods supplied by Combined Office Interiors Limited does not pass until we have received payment in full therefore; and risk in respect of such goods passes to the deliveries from the moment of delivery. In the event that the goods have been sold to any other party/parties, any such sums due or received are to be held in trust for Combined Office Interiors Limited.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled except on the terms, which will indemnify Combined Office Interiors Limited against all loss. We reserve the right not to supply any order at our discretion.

Governing law

All quotations and contracts shall be put forward and made in England and shall in all respects be constructed and operate under English law.
